An introduction to the Simple Church model of building a discipleship strategy for your church. The first half of the workshop will focus on learning to ask the right questions using the Church Self-Assessment tool. You will learn to gain a clearer focus on what the church should be measuring. The second half of the workshop will focus on Life Transforming Worship. We will develop functional Response Cards to measure life transformation at each worship. Register here.

A church’s effectiveness at leading people to Christ is highly related to the quality of its communication.
Organize and Promote
Be introduced to best practices for effective church communication. Understand the value of using demographics to tailor your message to your community. Learn to organize and share information effectively through your church calendar, website, email, and social media. Recognize the essential components of a good church management system.
Free Demographic Report
Each church in attendance that registers before April 5 will receive a demographic report, profiling households within a 5-mile radius of their church. Attendees will learn how to read the demographic report and create a profile based on information regarding the community around their church.
Each team or church in attendance will need to bring a laptop computer with wifi access. Register here.

Bring your Finance Committee and Treasurer for a time of learning and encouragement! We will address these questions in the workshop.
What is liquidity management and why are cash reserves important to my church’s financial well-being? How does my church determine how much money to keep in operational cash reserves? What can we afford? How much liquidity does my church need to pursue ministry opportunities to further God’s purpose?
